Living An Authentic Life

In our modern world, there are so many influences bombarding us with images and ideas of how we should be, what we must do, and how we should look in order to be accepted or live a successful life. If you find yourself unable to connect, or feeling there is something missing, where do you turn for answers? How do you know: What is actually true for me?

 

This workshop is about connecting to your own inner truth, and exploring what and who you are, when you are deeply authentic. 

We will introduce exercises and meditations to you in that journey. There will also be plenty of space for you to honestly share and connect with other like-minded young adults, in a safe and open environment.

This workshop will be held in German and English.

Cost:

This workshop at the Osho UTA Institute in Cologne will be $100 / €100 including accommodation in the group room. Meals are available but not included in the fees.
